I found this out after buying the dell t110 server.

Drivers for the physical drive but this is pre-built. Also for, poweredge raid controller s300. I have a dell t110 with perc s100 eunning windows 2008r2. Performing raid level reconfiguration from raid 5 to raid 0. One will all raid mirrored on microsoft server 2012 r2. The r310 backplane itself clearly supports hot-swapping, but i can't figure out if the perc s100 supports it. 10 instead after dumping all vms to the perc s100. However it does not show that the physical drive is bad.
